Responsibilities

Top-of-Funnel Engagement: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new leads and secure discovery meetings for the sales team. This role is essential to filling our sales funnel with qualified prospects.
Qualify Prospects: Effectively qualify leads based on criteria and ensure they meet the initial requirements for our Account Executives to pursue further.
Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery meetings with targeted prospects for the Account Executive team and maintain a consistent flow of high-quality leads.
Sales Playbook Execution: Follow a set of outreach strategies and scripts to introduce Inertia’s Intelligent Construction Drawings (ICDs) and highlight their impact on construction efficiency. Adjust and improve tactics based on learnings and outcomes.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach activities and pipeline progress in our CRM (HubSpot). Track key metrics like calls, emails, and meetings booked.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with key campaigns, optimize targeting, and refine messaging.

Required

1-2 years of experience in a business development, lead generation, or inside sales role.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, resilience, and adaptability.
Must be comfortable with high-volume outreach and diligent follow-up.
High proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and experience with outreach tools for email and phone.

Preferred

Experience in construction technology or SaaS is a plus but not mandatory.
