Responsibilities
Reviews syllabus to ensure alignment with online course (edit as needed) and updates and implements course content materials according to the project specifications, standards, and guidelines, with oversight from a supervisor position.
Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and instructional effectiveness, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and platform standards. Quality check list completed.
Format content per project design specifications of course Instructional Designer and Online Director.
Maintains course and academic content in established storage systems and databases using Institutional protocols, processes, and procedures.
Effectively operates in a team environment, collaborating with Instructional Designer and Course Development team members.
May prepare PDF files and deliverables for print vendors, internal stakeholders, and partners as needed.
Effectively utilizes appropriate technology, such as authoring tools, production software, a content management system, a digital asset system, a learning management system, and other technical tools/software applications used within the organization as required.

Required
Strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a member of the team
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and manage priorities.
Strong written and verbal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn and implement new technologies and adapt processes for continuous improvement.
