Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to effectively position Corza Medical in the market, establishing a clear point-of-view of Where to Play and How to Win.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform market mapping, product positioning and messaging, and portfolio assessment.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.
Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and voice of customer, as well as established business cases that drive intended financial returns.
Lead the R&D and engineering teams to translate market requirements into technical specifications and product features.
Manage resources and timelines to ensure successful and timely product launches.
Establish best practice product management capabilities, including road-mapping, prioritization, and performance analysis of the product portfolio.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Build deep customer relationships to leverage in key opinion leader (KOL) roles and/or clinical advisory team capacity.
Support global regions with cross-functional process management for market-based business cases, product registration and demand forecasting.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams, including quality, regulatory, and manufacturing, to ensure product alignment and quality throughout the lifecycle (from ideation to EOL).
Establish a clear, end-to-end digital framework for commercial enablement and go-to-market strategy.
Partner with cross-functional teams to build impactful programs that increase brand awareness and drive revenue through eCommerce, marketing automation and in-market campaigns.
Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to team members to support their professional development.
Ability to assess talent, invest into and/or move out talent.
Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, customers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to gather insights and strengthen relationships.
Present product strategies and updates to the executive team and stakeholders, influencing decision-making processes.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA is preferred.
Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in product management or marketing strategy.
Extensive experience with strategic planning and commercializing product and program strategy.
Evidence of creative, strategic planning ability in marketing and/or product development.
Experience leading teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to estimate markets and forecast potential sales/market share for medical device and instrumentation.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Is a team player, culture fit and works well in a team environment.

Preferred

Medical device industry experience.
Upstream product management experience.
