Responsibilities
Ensure all client communications and processes meet Lightcast’s high standards, working closely with both external and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and proactive support.
Coordinate solutions for client and internal challenges, collaborating across teams as needed.
Manage client expectations, addressing project challenges, delays, or adjustments effectively.
Work cross-functionally to resolve internal obstacles and streamline workflows.
Identify opportunities for project expansion, focusing on long-term value.
Engage with current and past clients to uncover future opportunities and foster repeat business.

Required
4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role focused on customer growth, success, and issue resolution.
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining high standards for client success.
Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful insights.
Familiarity with major HR software and vendors, especially HCMs like Workday, SAP, and Oracle.
Preferred
Background in Consulting or Professional Services.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
