Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and optimize Workday and other information systems to ensure peak performance and security.
Oversee system functionality, data integrity, and process efficiency.
Design, test, and implement new modules, features, and integrations.
Provide user support, training, and best practices on system functionality.
Build and maintain reports for scheduled and ad hoc analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, Attorney Development)
Lead system-related projects and process improvements.

Required
Strong problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of Workday.
Experience with system configuration and integration.
Expertise in data management and integrity.
A proactive approach to system management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years minimum experience in a similar role.
Advanced Workday configuration and administration experience.
Operational support and project management experience in HR systems.
Strong/expert level Microsoft Excel skills.
Exceptional Service Focus – ability to professionally handle end-user inquiries and meet or exceed customer expectations regarding service.
