Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Manara’s mission, focusing on user needs, market trends, and strategic goals.

Collaborate closely with data analytics teams to leverage user data, behavioral insights, and performance metrics to inform product decisions. Develop a strong data culture within the product team.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality product launches. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.

Champion a user-focused approach, leveraging research, feedback, and data analytics to inform product decisions. Understand the unique needs of MENA tech talent and design solutions that meet these needs.

Build and manage a high-performing product team. Mentor junior product managers, designers, and analysts and foster a collaborative culture across departments.

Act as the key liaison between the product team and stakeholders, effectively communicating product updates, challenges, and successes.
