Required

Proven experience in prompt design, with a strong understanding of AI-driven technology and interview training.

Proficiency in natural language processing, generative AI, and other related fields, with practical application experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills to deliver technical and career development advice clearly and effectively to students.

Strong expertise in resume optimization and interview coaching to help students quickly improve their job-seeking skills.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with students and provide coaching in both languages.

Preferred

Experience in career planning or training is a plus.
