Responsibilities
Lead the Company’s adoption of new accounting standards.
Conduct accounting research and prepare technical accounting memos documenting the Company’s Accounting positions for non-routine and complex transactions.
Provide technical accounting support across the organization, particularly with complex and judgmental areas.
Prepare necessary disclosures related to non-routine transactions for the Company’s annual financial statements.
Document the Company’s annual Service Organization Control process.
Provide year-end audit support by documenting and explaining the Company’s accounting positions to the external auditors

Required
Bachelor of Science in Accounting or related subject.
CPA
7+ years of relevant experience; including 3+ years of technical accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and have good work ethic.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while remaining flexible during instances of a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
Be curious, persistent and ask lots of questions to get the right answers.
Preferred
Master’s degree in accounting.
3 years public accounting experience.
9+ years of relevant experience
Experience writing technical accounting memos.
