Responsibilities
Timecard processing for all Firm employees, ensuring accuracy and completion;
Follow-up regarding payroll requests and needs as necessary;
Coordinate necessary duties related to state business licenses;
Process and distribute red flag and rate exception reports;
Other duties as assigned.

Required
High school diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred
Practical knowledge of California state wage laws required
3-5 years related payroll and finance team support experience
Knowledge of ADP Payroll System and E-Time timekeeping systems
General knowledge of accounting systems and payroll regulation
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Preferred
Knowledge of other multi-state wage and tax laws preferred
Proficiency in MS Office programs and 3E accounting software preferred
