Responsibilities
Database management systems and data migration, particularly in healthcare EHR systems like Netsmart myAvatar.
Utilizing Informix, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server SQL and database scripting to facilitate effective data migration processes; skill in using Excel or other spreadsheet software.
Documenting business process flows and standardizing existing and future process flow improvements by conducting data collection and meetings with subject matter experts to gain a full understanding of system usability.
Business analysis, including reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements and operational procedures to identify solutions for automating processes or enhancing system functionality.
Resolving complex data-related issues using robust analytical skills and logical problem-solving approaches.
Preparing specifications for data input/output processes.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, essential for producing clear project documentation and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal abilities to lead diverse teams and inspire high productivity and collaboration among team members.
In-depth knowledge of current IT industry trends and market insights, applying them strategically within the organization.
Understanding of architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant to infrastructure, information systems, applications, and organizational structure.
Awareness of emerging technologies, both those new to the company and those advancing within the IT industry as a whole.

Preferred
2 Years Preferred: Prior experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations.
Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates.
Familiarity with existing and planned software technology, and the global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components.
Experience in regulatory compliance and data security related to healthcare data.
