Responsibilities
Drive the execution of marketing operations strategies set in collaboration with the broader GTM Operations team and business partners that align with company goals and drive effectiveness.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution.
Oversee the management and integrity of marketing data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and analytics.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Ensure the smooth operationalization of marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, to achieve business goals.
Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology platforms and tools.
Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives on a per campaign, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing (particularly Demand Gen, PMM, and ABM), Sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Manage and mentor a small team of marketing operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Required
7+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other marketing technologies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Creative problem solver with a proactive and strategic approach to challenges.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
