Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze healthcare technology regulations, including FDA regulations, HIPAA, the Cures Act, and other relevant laws and standards
Assess the impact of new and changing regulations on our products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle
Develop and maintain regulatory strategies for healthcare technology products
Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses related to regulatory compliance
Stay informed about emerging trends and changes in healthcare technology regulations
Assist in evaluating and implementing healthcare IT solutions that align with organizational goals
Conduct Market Research

Required

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, with a focus on population health management and/or interoperability regulations and reporting
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability regulations and standards, including the Cures Act
Experience with population health management strategies and value-based care models
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable guidelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and interoperability standards
Knowledge of international healthcare technology regulations
