Responsibilities

Oversee the department’s progress and compliance with dispossessory actions, municipal and property compliance, and leasing violations

Oversee local counsel and vendors across nine major markets

Iterate on payment policies that are synergistic yet encourage austerity, maximize revenue, and ensure equality of application

Coordinate cross-functionally across the organization to create policies, procedures, SOPs and systemize processes

Identify any inefficiencies and optimize technology including working with Product and Engineering to increase productivity

Required

4+ years of property management, payment operations, or similar experience

Prior experience overseeing projects and assets

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Experienced at building strong working relationships and cross-functional collaboration

Ability to create a vision and translate it into detailed and prioritized plans

Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally

Preferred

Basic SQL and BI skills
