Responsibilities
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings for target keywords.
Analyze website and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and A/B testing.
Lead the execution of CRO initiatives, including landing page testing, funnel analysis, and user journey optimization to enhance conversion rates across key digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with the brand/content marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement technical SEO improvements.
Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research to inform strategic decisions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a backlog of SEO and CRO initiatives, prioritizing based on business impact.
Own and manage key SEO tools, platforms, and partnerships (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs).
Monitor and report on SEO and CRO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Required
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on SEO and CRO in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
Proven experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful), web crawling tools (e.g., Screaming Frog), and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for optimizing content delivery across various front-end environments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
A proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact.
