Responsibilities
Act as the main Business Systems Analyst supporting Neo4j’s Finance team. You will partner closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, product management (billing) and the rest of the Business Systems team to identify, document business requirements, and develop long term solutions that realize impactful business outcomes
Optimize the usability of applications in order-to-cash ecosystem with the experience of our stakeholders and customers in mind, including business process design, implementations, training, and post-go-live support
Play a significant role in building the larger financial systems roadmap and ensure alignment with driving independent and collaborative initiatives from problem definition to sustained deployment
Maintain professional knowledge and skills relating to your functional domain to make relevant and impactful recommendations for process and service improvements and efficiencies
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in managing and administering Order-to-Cash applications (Netsuite, Salesforce, Certinia, Workday, revenue accounting systems like Netsuite ARM)
Experience in multiple aspects of a full-scale implementation: vendor selection, requirements gathering, architectural design, user acceptance testing, and rollout training
Understanding and demonstrated experience with current revenue recognition guidance under ASC 606
Domain expertise in the customer and transaction lifecycle from New Product Introductions through Revenue Reporting
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile software development environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to form solid relationships cross-functionally
Strong quantitative critical thinking skills. Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high degree of ambiguity
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand despite changes in work scope or focus
