Responsibilities

Lead the ideation and development of campaign concepts that span across digital, social, traditional, and emerging media channels.
Partner with brand and creative strategists to ensure campaigns align with overarching brand strategies and marketing objectives.
Exhibit exceptional creative thinking and concepting abilities to generate compelling and original ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaign concepts seamlessly.
Oversee the creative direction from initial idea through execution, ensuring that the vision stays consistent across all media channels.
Present and pitch campaign ideas to internal stakeholders and leadership, effectively communicating creative concepts and the strategic thinking behind them.
Stay ahead of industry trends and innovative approaches, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven insights to refine and optimize creative strategies.
Ensure that creative concepts are delivered on time and within budget, managing project timelines and priorities effectively.

Required

7+ years of experience in creative campaign development, with a focus on concepting across multiple media channels.
Proven ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign ideas.
Experience leading cross-functional work groups with various teams.
A deep understanding of branding, marketing, and creative storytelling.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and strategy to stakeholders.
Passion for keeping up with industry trends and emerging media.
Ability to balance creativity with a data-driven approach to measure campaign effectiveness.
