Responsibilities
Manage end to end process for each skilling event:
Produce high level time line for each skilling event
Share time line with key stakeholders
Review daily each time line for updates
Establish delivery dates by times zones for each skilling event
Apply time line to each skilling event walking deck
Own all communication for each event
Meeting recaps with details and action items
Weekly progress according to the time line
Changes and updates to event (dates & times, agenda, etc.)
Create and manage high level ppt walking deck for each skilling event
Update the walking deck with all current slides for each speaker/presenter
Manage daily updates to each storyboard/topic slide
Updates daily to the agenda
Updates to delivery dates and times
Update daily time line progress and milestones
Share and communicate walking deck to v-team member, key stakeholders, and speakers/presenters
Create and manage event meetings (daily, weekly, & monthly)
Planning meetings with v-team members
Agenda review meetings with v-team member, & key stakeholders
Content review meetings with speakers/presenter and SME
Key stakeholders & LT review meetings
Final dry run review meetings with each speaker/presenter
Create and manage skilling event Invites
Identify attendee list and target audience
Create high level invitation with proper graphics and event details for attendees
Create speaker invitation to participate/present at skilling event
Create speaker block/hold the date invitations
Get sign-off for each invitations from v-team members
Send invitations to each group members
Mange each skilling event
Ensure speakers/presenters are prepared and have clear knowledge of dates and times
Teams meeting is set up properly for each event
Create feedback request on MS Forms for each session within the event
Recording of each event has started
During event:
Capture issues that arose
Capture questions that may not have been addressed
Capture any Action items
Post event:
Manage editing of recording
Create individual recordings of each session from the event
Move recordings to new Streaming locations
Save recordings for event SharePoint site
Capture feedback from Chat to share with speakers/presenter and post on event SharePoint site
Capture data from feedback form tool
Create skilling event summary.
Create event summary document for Speakers/Presenters and LT
Create event summary for attendees
Create and manage Teams and SharePoint sites
Create and manage Teams skilling event pages
Create Teams page
Create folders for:
Presentation Decks
Recordings
Show Flow and Day Decks
PM
Upload event walking deck to site
Update all folders as material becomes available.
Create and manage skilling event SharePoint sites
Develop site with key information
Update site with presentation decks
Update site with recordings (full daily and individual sessions)
Update site with feedback data and metrics
Updates to general team sites (Specialist and GBB Community)
Update site with links to new skilling event SP sites
Update site with updated training materials becomes available
Remove outdated material
Create and manage other SharePoint Sites
Other team members request SP sites for specific product materials storage (SQL, Cosmos, etc.)
Manage sites with updates and access
Ongoing relationship building with key stakeholders, SMEs, etc
Routinely meet with various stakeholders to discuss upcoming changes
Manage Cloud Academy (CA) Training Portal Site
Work with Cloud Academy external team on a regular basis
Update to CA portal material available for Specialists and GBBs
Updates to CA portal for team access
Manage reporting from CA portal
