Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Architect and Technology Lead for the design, integration, and implementation of digital marketing client Experience Cloud solutions, and experience solutions such as Adobe cloud, CDP or Market Platform or similar products.
Collaborate with key client stakeholders to define use cases, business objectives, and architectural requirements that support digital transformation and overall business needs.
Design system and application architectures that meet both the defined digital experience and broader business goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive and senior leadership teams, ensuring that technology strategies align with business priorities.
Advocate for and present architectural recommendations to senior leadership, fostering alignment and securing buy-in for strategic initiatives.
Define the future state of technology architecture across the organization, advising on the evolution of systems to meet long-term goals.
Assess the current state of organizational architecture and capabilities in areas like experience management, marketing, and technology infrastructure.
Identify key business drivers and the technical capabilities required to reach the client’s optimal state, ensuring technology solutions are both effective and scalable.
Anticipate future technology needs and proactively communicate these to clients, ensuring deliverables align with evolving requirements.
Act as a liaison between client teams (business, IT, and technical experts) throughout the engagement, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between business strategies, IT roadmaps, and deployment teams to achieve cohesive and successful execution of technology solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, providing insights into digital experience and technology maturity, and guiding them through complex decisions.
Contribute to the growth of the client’s architecture practice by sharing real-world feedback with product engineering and management teams to enhance the product and solution offerings.
Promote the value of your work within the broader consulting group and the industry, positioning your role as a critical part of client success.

Required
8+ years of experience in developing enterprise architecture models, strategic roadmaps, or a similar consultative role.
Familiarity with digital marketing and experience solutions, such as Client Experience Cloud, CDP, or comparable products.
Expertise in cloud platforms, with practical experience in Amazon AWS cloud architecture and services.
Proven experience with architecture frameworks such as API, SOA, and TOGAF, with hands-on experience in designing web services.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Proven ability to translate client business objectives into technical solutions and architecture requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting deliverables, leading discussions, and sharing technical information clearly.
A history of leading cross-functional teams (technical and strategic) to execute complex architecture visions and deliver solutions successfully.
Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, including PMs, software engineers, data architects, developers, and data scientists, to plan and deliver end-to-end solutions.
The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to audiences of varying technical backgrounds and seniority.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by client needs.
