Responsibilities

Enhancing the overall experience of participants in all OD&L learning programs, professional development programs, and training sessions.

Coordinating and facilitating these events, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.

Demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong focus on follow-through and attention to detail.

Managing program logistics, including course supplies and maintenance of office equipment.

Actively contributing to special projects that support the goals of the Organizational Development & Learning team.
