Responsibilities

Responsible for project management, requirements, testing, and Tier 2 support.

Act as a lead to the Business Analyst team by aggregating, distributing, and prioritizing assignments to set them up for success and growth.

Work closely with key stakeholders and business partners as needed.

Required

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent

Minimum 3-5 years experience as business analyst or related testing support role

Proven advanced working knowledge of industry standard methodologies and best practices (i.e. Project Life Cycle, System Development Life Cycle with emphasis on Change Management)

Able to identify solutions to the development and technical team based on approved business and functional requirements

Estimates timeframes, identifies required resources/skills, and prepares time/cost estimates for meeting project objectives in the most cost-effective manner
