Responsibilities

Provides financial support during M&A due diligence process.

Leads financial reporting, including the monthly close process for acquisitions post-close.

Partners with FP&A and business leaders for monthly financial reviews.

Develops recommendations to optimize financial management of acquisitions post-close including technology and resourcing changes.

Leads integration of acquisition’s financial operation including executing any recommended changes to optimize financial management.
