Responsibilities
Provide customer service in a call center environment by responding to inbound phone calls.
Interact with customers to communicate information about all aspects of the Driver License Division in response to questions from the public.
Assist with questions which will range from very basic to very complex, including information about products and services the division provides.
Have extensive knowledge and understanding of the agency database and exercise judgment while applying a comprehensive knowledge of pertinent rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Handle customer complaints and offer suitable solutions.
Provide the public and others with information and assistance to complete forms and applications.
