Responsibilities

Call directly on customers to promote sales of new and existing products.
Obtain program information including funding vehicle, competition, price to win, and win strategy.
Forster relationships with customer at Procurement, Engineering, Program Management as well as Sr, Leadership at key customers in a geographical area.
Host and support visits from staff personnel to drive new product development with on-site technical meeting.
Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends and customer landscapes.
Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Develop and administer schedules and performance requirements.
Provide inputs for budgets and sales forecasting.
Other duties as assigned.

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in RF and Microwave technical sales required.
Ability to obtain Security Clearance, if needed.
Technical background in RF and Microwave design or applications engineering.
Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the Essential Job Functions, including computer skills.
Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements.
Communicate and interact effectively with peers, supervisors, and public, including maintaining respect for others, and following company policies.
Have a willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology for company required purposes, including, for example training, reviewing and signing policies and procedures, benefits enrollment and changes, and more.
Seasoned domestic business traveler.
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to maintain knowledge, skills, and abilities as it pertains to your job.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
Direct experience with one of our competitors preferred.
