Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, Pricing, and Warehouse Management Services.
Analyze business requirements for SCM processes and recommend tailored solutions.
Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM to address specific business needs.
Provide expert-level support, handling issue resolution, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for Oracle SCM Cloud usage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle SCM Cloud with other systems.
Stay updated on new Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM features and recommend relevant implementations.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Required
Proficiency in PIM, Inventory Management, and Costing (all three skills are essential)
10-13+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience with Oracle SCM modules, with proven expertise in PIM (Product Information Management), Inventory Management, and Casting
Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation experience is mandatory
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Oracle SCM Cloud certification is a plus
