Responsibilities
Open and sort laboratory reports, soil boring logs, and groundwater sample logs.
Complete validation forms when conducting Quality Assurance (QAQC).
Respond to email requests from project manager or assistant project manager.
Assist in filing documentation and mange project files.
Assist with project setup such as Webmaps, call in utility locations, pull site information, and request laboratory analytical sample kids from the lab.
Populate digital field logs, Excel table setup, request quotes from vendors, schedule fieldwork, sign out equipment/vehicles, prepare health and safety packet drafts, schedule meetings, and coordinate regulatory payments.
Complete report PDFs and collating reports.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in environmental science or engineering.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, team and client centered focus.
Must be highly organized, detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced/deadline-oriented environment.
Valid driver’s license with a driving record in good standing required.
Preferred
Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software applications preferred.
