Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to engineering and construction businesses across the USA.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present IDSS Global’s services.
Generate interest and set appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
Track and record call information, client details, and outcomes in our CRM system.

Required
Must be a USA-based candidate with reliable access to communication tools.
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in the engineering or technical services sectors.
Excellent verbal communication and people skills.
Strong work ethic, persistence, and ability to handle objections professionally.
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
