Responsibilities

Daily processing of claims and/or pre-authorizations/referrals

Support one business line, whether it is commercial, medicare, medicaid, etc.

Pull claims, verifying any data entry errors, correcting entries

Decide if claim should be processed or sent to different department for review based on the benefits schedule.
