Responsibilities
Work closely with business leads, functional owners, and process leaders to validate and prioritize tickets, changes, and enhancements.
Maintain coordination with functional owners and balance workload across resources.
Perform impact assessments for Oracle Cloud upgrades, facilitate user acceptance, and validate functionality with the business.
Assist with testing integration and security cases as needed.
Provide Oracle Cloud and subject matter expertise to Business Process Owners (BPOs), staying up-to-date on Oracle Cloud functionality and training.
Manage configuration changes within Oracle Cloud applications and coordinate feature/function cases with Oracle Cloud.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and sponsor improvement initiatives.
Document requirements for Oracle Cloud reports and support BPOs in developing requirements for Oracle Cloud changes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, specifically in GL, AP, and AR modules.
Experience with Projects and Fixed Assets is a plus.
Experience in release management, regression testing, and Oracle Cloud configuration changes.
Proficiency in application management, service delivery, functional design, and configuration changes.
Ability to create functional designs, review new functionality, and assess impacts of changes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Familiarity with project management and Oracle Cloud support for finance-related functions.
Experience working in a dynamic environment with both onshore and offshore support.
Must have: GL, AP, AR Experience.
Nice to Have: Projects and Fixed Assets.
