Responsibilities
Support monthly reporting, Credit & Collections, and assist in timely journal entries, account reconciliations, inventory analysis, and fixed asset management during month-end close activities.
Create financial models, analyze variances, develop monthly KPI reports, and provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.
Investigate cost variances, manage overhead allocation, ensure compliance with costing standards, and recommend cost reduction strategies.
Contribute to budgeting cycles, track expenses vs. plan by cost center, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify cost control opportunities and improve reporting.
Actively engage in cross-functional projects, provide process improvement recommendations, and build strong relationships to support resource optimization and company goals.

Required
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
3-5 years of experience as a Financial or Cost Analyst
Strong knowledge of SAP
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent analytical skills
Keen attention to detail
Critical mindset for working with complex data
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Adaptability to changing business needs
Maintaining accuracy and efficiency as a Financial or Cost Analyst in manufacturing and distribution
