Responsibilities
Runs queries, identifies data discrepancies, and supports long-term error resolutions.
Find bugs in platforms through user-related instances, problem solve, de-bug API, solution, create a recommendation for the “fix” to avoid future bug
MSAG/Address Validation
Reporting via Excel, PowerBI, and other software applications
Conducts data scrubs and error mitigation
Creates user guides, VBAs, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps, Excel macros
Performs research in systems and platforms you may be unfamiliar with
Updates telecom-customer systems and records based on research and validations.
Performs additional assigned telecommunications activities within the organization.
Prepare cut sheets in connection with rearrangements of outside plant facilities.
Manipulate digital data records/fields to initiate changes in the database and other systems
Reads and interpret subdivision plats/work order prints
Follows all appropriate laws, company policies and procedures
May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by the company
Update and maintain Serviceability via DPI and CXP

Required
Working knowledge of cable cuts, transfers, facility assignment, cable records and prints, and HSI qualification process
Experience with data analysis, data modeling and SQL queries
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI, and other PowerApps)
Working knowledge of facilities/assignments systems such as DPI, M6, and Viryanet
Fundamental knowledge of engineering systems such as Varasset and FROGS
Ability to adapt to system changes and levels of work
Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
Demonstrated effective communication skills including tact and courtesy
