Responsibilities
Interacts with all levels of management, production team, freelance contractors, vendors, as well as clients and stakeholders.
Learns project management software to create and assign Jobs/Tasks, and coordinate accounts as assigned by account managers (e.g., assigning tasks to multiple team members, keeping up with task deadlines, following up about to-dos, and holding people accountable to on-time delivery).
Assists account managers to oversee workload allocation and team capacity for new digital marketing retainers and project work.
Prepares meeting agendas, email communications, reports, proposals and presentations in support of account management needs.
Attends meetings, and in-person video shoots or events in support of account management needs.
Proofing and reviewing internal work before its delivered to clients or stakeholders
Performs general account management functions: scheduling meetings, communicating meeting notes and follow-up needs, contacting vendors or contractors, etc.
Uses Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva and MailChimp to create and schedule social media content calendars, e-newsletters, and other marketing initiatives.
Handles multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Organizes, files and updates project documentation and storage as needed by project.
Works with project managers and other internal team members to develop support strategic marketing plans and monitor budgets and KPIs.
Learns agency management software to support reporting and delivery of client invoicing and monthly P&L.
Serves as backup client point of contact for routine communications.
May support onboarding of new clients.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
2 years’ experience in digital marketing or related role.
Digital marketing understanding is vital – 85% of work is SEO, Google ad words, design projects, video projects, copyright projects.
Understanding of marketing and branding strategies, and digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, Email Marketing, etc.)
Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently and accurately
Ability to perform duties independently, without supervision – but know when appropriate to seek guidance or ask questions
Willingness to learn and take on additional job functions as needed
