Responsibilities
Processing customer requests and account updates over phone and e-mail
Assisting customers with completing documents
Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Researching and resolving issues with customers’ accounts, transactions, documents, etc.
Answering questions related to retirement plans including payments (withdrawals, rollovers, lump sums, death benefits, etc.)
Respond to inquiries about account transfers, transactions, and account maintenance
Documenting customer interactions in the database
All other related tasks as required

Required
At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
Previous experience in the banking and/or financial services industry required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
