Responsibilities

Develop and Manage Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners to drive product promotions, events, and brand activations.
Field Marketing Execution: Coordinate and implement field marketing programs and promotional activities across various venues, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand guidelines.
Campaign Development & Execution: Work with the marketing team to design tailored campaigns that resonate with the local target audience at bars, casinos, and retail locations. Oversee campaign execution in the field to ensure consistency and success.
Event Planning and Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, tastings, product launches, and special activations in partnership with venue owners and operators. Ensure all events are executed flawlessly and meet performance objectives.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity in each region to inform strategies and adjust campaigns for maximum impact.
Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for all field marketing-related inquiries, maintaining strong communication with venue owners, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting and Analysis: Track the performance of field marketing initiatives and partnerships, providing regular updates to management on ROI, engagement levels, and any actionable insights for improvement.
Brand Advocacy: Act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s values and mission, while ensuring positive, productive relationships with all partners.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in field marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or entertainment industries.
Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with bars, casinos, retail, or other age-restricted locations.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive brand growth and product awareness.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, etc.).
Ability to travel regularly to visit key partner locations and events.

Preferred

Experience in event planning or promotions within the hospitality or retail sectors.
Knowledge of local markets and customer demographics.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
