Responsibilities
Source and attract top talent for insurance agent roles specializing in Medicare supplement plans
Conduct thorough screening and interview processes, ensuring candidates meet our standards of Excellence and Accountability
Collaborate with the CEO for final hiring approvals, aligning new hires with SeniorQuote’s core IDEAL values
Work closely with the Contracting and Licensing Director to ensure agents complete onboarding efficiently and in compliance with industry standards
Track and report recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire, sourcing success rates, and offer acceptance rates
Ensure recruitment practices are in line with fair hiring practices and industry regulations

Required
Proven skills in recruitment, screening, and hiring with a preference for experience in the insurance or Medicare industry
Operational experience in onboarding, especially in high-volume settings
Knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans and the insurance landscape
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to driving initiatives
Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to our Learning Mindset and Excellence
