Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features that align with Sonder Healthcare's mission and values.
Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects the strategic direction of the company.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on product development and delivery timelines.
Analyze user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and ensure a competitive offering in the home health care services industry.
Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement in product development processes.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of home health care services and familiarity with hospice care practices.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, with excellent communication skills.
