Required
3+ years in telesales, with 1+ year in Medicare Advantage (inbound calls)
Active health insurance license in NC, SC, FL, UT, TN, TX, MD
Non-resident licenses in 10+ states
2025 AHIP certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
Top-notch communication and sales skills
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Flexibility for peak season hours (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM in all time zones)
Preferred
Experience with UHC, Aetna, Cigna, and/or Wellcare contracts
Benefits

$100.00 per member brought in through self-prospecting on personal clients, family and friends
