Responsibilities
Lead the development of budgets for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts
Prepare, evaluate, and distribute financial data and provide actionable recommendations to organization leaders
Perform period close reporting and variance analysis to various stakeholders
Communicate regularly with the leadership team and assist in finance related operational activities
Continuously evaluate current processes and make recommendations to improve financial forecasting, planning, and reporting

Required
Bachelors in Finance or Accounting discipline and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience
US Citizenship Required
Basic knowledge of federal government contracting
Excellent oral and written communications
Strong financial acumen
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using Deltek Costpoint, Oracle EPM, Cognos, SmartView, or ThinkCell
