Responsibilities
Fulfill customer waste needs and provide excellent customer service
Pursue new customer leads via referrals provided by the clients you meet with
Understand potential customer’s needs
Develop a customized benefit plan for the customer
Create custom quote to provide the customer the pricing for the benefit plan
Ensure all necessary documentation to process benefits application has been submitted correctly
Respond to email and phone call requests from customers

Required
Must be residing in the US.
A proactive and driven individual who thrives in a remote work environment and is passionate about achieving results.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Creative thinker who can analyze client needs and craft effective insurance solutions.
Preferred
Prior sales experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
