Responsibilities
Administer the enrollment process for care providers from start to finish, ensuring timely completion
Maintain communication with pending applicants and families throughout the onboarding process
Assist care providers in meeting all hiring requirements, including CPR/FA class enrollment
Ensure compliance and maintain up-to-date documentation for required forms
Run reports and process data imports as needed in the proprietary software

Required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience within the last four years
Excellent interpersonal skills; self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
Strong analytical and judgment skills
Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively problem solve and apply creative solutions
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
