Responsibilities
Support the reduction of Accounts Receivables through effective account resolution
Identify and correct billing errors, reimbursement discrepancies, and denials for submission or resubmission
Timely research and resolve issues causing delays in payment or account resolution
Collaborate across teams and with revenue cycle departments to enhance collections
Facilitate actions that maximize the collection of balances due from all sources

Required
High School Diploma
1-2 years of experience in healthcare collections
Strong knowledge of Patient Accounting systems
Strong knowledge of healthcare contracts
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with quick turnaround requirements
Preferred
Familiarity with various healthcare billing processes
Experience with accounts receivable management in a healthcare setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
