Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email and Zendesk tickets, providing timely and accurate technical support
Diagnose and resolve software issues
Document all customer interactions, problems, and resolutions in our ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Stay up-to-date with system upgrades and customer care policies
Contribute to knowledge base and FAQ documentation

Required
3+ years of experience in a Customer Support role
Familiarity with Zendesk
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Patient and customer-focused attitude
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Adaptable to changing priorities and new technologies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
