Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility.
Extensively work with Copado to set up, configure, and manage deployment pipelines for Salesforce.
Collaborate with the development team daily to ensure smooth deployments and releases.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployments, merge conflicts, and environment synchronization.
Lead and guide best practices around Salesforce DevOps, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Leverage Copado to automate repetitive tasks, streamlining processes and reducing manual effort (e.g., Copado Data Deploy, Copado Robotic Testing).
Regularly review and clean metadata in Salesforce environments.
Keep track of the latest Salesforce updates and features, ensuring our environment leverages the best and latest functionalities.
Assist in training and guiding other team members on best practices related to Salesforce deployments.

Required

Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Salesforce admin and advanced admin certifications.
Minimum of 5 experience as a salesforce admin, with a strong focus on DevOps.
Proven expertise in using Copado or a similar tool for Salesforce CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, environment management, and deployment methodologies.
Proficient in tools related to Salesforce DevOps, including version control, data migration, and metadata management.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.

Preferred

Copado Fundamentals certifications highly preferred.
