Marketing Development Representative

Responsibilities
Follows up on inbound marketing leads.
Qualifies leads from marketing campaigns and sets appointments for sales opportunities through strategic questioning to identify lead quality and ensure ideal customer profile fit.
Collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in =Salesforce.
Provides feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Identifies customers’ business needs and communicate how TPx’s offerings can address those needs.
Makes extensive use of Zoominfo and Outreach to personalize conversations with good-fit prospects with the goal of converting a lead to an opportunity for sales.
Develops understanding of TPx’s technology, offerings, and pricing.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a sales or marketing development role.
Proven experience meeting or exceeding quota.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must have experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, and Outreach (or equivalent platforms)

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
