Responsibilities
Position will report directly to CEO/Founder and Senior Talent Manager
Manage day-to-day operations for a select group of creators, including deal pitching, negotiation, and execution
Identify and prioritize potential brand partnerships for a given creator, with an eye toward optimizing the creators short-term and long-term economic and career interests
Negotiate pay rates, deliverables, and expectations with partners on behalf of the creator
Scout and recruit new talent for Lulu Creative
Keep up with the latest social media trends and have an in-depth understanding of and passion for the creator economy
Collaborate with talent to develop content strategies that align with their personal brand, audience demographics, and industry trends

Required
2+ years of influencer management / marketing experience
Superb communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
A valuable network of brand contacts and industry relationships
Has a passion for social media and the influencer space
High attention to detail and very organized
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with contract negotiation, including but not limited to redlining and drafting
The ability to work within strict branding guidelines
Working knowledge of Google Workspace
A persistent and determined work ethic
Ability to work under pressure and problem solve quickly and efficiently
Capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Ability to work with a multitude of personalities and work styles
Preferred
Residence in NYC or LA is strongly preferred
