Responsibilities
Design and implement a marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, drive enrollment, and increase engagement
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote each of The Institute’s products and services
Oversee the development and strategic publication of accurate, representative marketing collateral that is aligned with the MPI brand and voice, including but not limited to
Website content
Podcast episodes
Promotional materials
Multi-channel Advertisements
Social Media Content
Public Relations Briefs
Oversee the management of MPI’s social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with our target audience
Drive the creation and execution of content marketing campaigns that establish the Institute as a leader in its industry
Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to adjust strategies for optimal impact
Collaborate with MPI leadership to align marketing efforts with sales, client experience, and product development goals
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives
Ensure compliance with branding guidelines to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials fostering a strong, cohesive brand identity
Ensure the MPI website and digital content are optimized for search engines and aligned with achieving marketing goals
Ensure legal compliance in all markets

Required
4+ Years of progressive marketing experience with a track record of expanding responsibility and leadership
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
Preferred
Strong understanding of scaling people development, including adult education, leading leaders of leaders, cultural alignment, and forecasting future growth initiatives
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement scalable processes
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to effectively communicate with and understand the needs of leaders and coaches to integrate their feedback into development structures
