Responsibilities
Make high volume outbound and live answer inbound calls to real estate investors and professionals
Build rapport and gain trust
Perform Discovery to determine if the lead is interested in CRM technology
If the lead is qualified, then schedule a demo appointment for a sales associate
If the lead is not qualified, then disposition them in Salesforce properly and set the lead into a follow up sequence/cadence
Continual aggressive follow up with lead & opportunities that we haven’t made contact with yet, an appointment was not scheduled, or demo no-shows
Ongoing attentive follow ups with lead until appointment are attended
Ongoing passive follow ups to previous leads that did not set an appointment
Farming leads outside of our CRM (List prospecting, LinkedIn Prospecting)
Cold Calling
Targeted lists
Old appointments/leads in CRM
Combing and updating CRM leads
CRM Review
No past due tasks
Tracking and documenting lead source marketing channel
Ensure weekly lead review sheet completed
Tracks marketing channel, contact made, notes on lead quality (good/poor, if no appt why not)
