Responsibilities
Set the vision and strategic plan for the Customer Success organization with a focus on customer value, retention, and growth.
Develop customer-centric strategies to ensure customers are realizing maximum value from YMX solutions and services.
Lead, scale, and develop a world-class YMX Customer Success team, ensuring top-tier performance.
Recruit high-potential and experienced professionals for each role within the Customer Success team.
Create rapid onboarding processes for new team members and foster a collaborative culture across the YMX team.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through routine communication, tracking customer success metrics, and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
Proactively gather and manage information related to customer bid cycles, manufacturing and distribution networks, and growth opportunities.
Work closely with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure YMX meets revenue, profitability, and service expectations.
Collaborate with the solution development team to ensure customer expectations are met, and pricing is accurate and competitive.
Provide leadership and guidance during the design and startup of new site operations, ensuring smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.
Lead YMX operations in defining metrics, routines, and performance indicators that strengthen customer relationships and drive retention and growth.
Support the operations team in communicating any risks and ensuring customer expectations are being met.
Identify opportunities to expand business by providing solutions that address other areas of customer operations.
Ensure proactive customer engagement and retention strategies are in place to maintain and grow existing business relationships.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, transportation management, or a related field.
Experience and certification is desired in one of the following or similar: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Agile Project Manager, Process Improvement and Operational Excellence Certifications, Other relevant certifications.
Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt), Lean Management Certification, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Technology and Infrastructure Certifications: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), Certifications in AI, Blockchain, or IoT, Supply Chain and Operations Management Certifications: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
