Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive revenue for the Labcorp OnDemand business.
Support initiatives to acquire new customers while enhancing retention rates through targeted marketing efforts.
Design and execute customer retention journeys that foster engagement, increase customer loyalty, and maximize CLV.
Collaborate closely with product, digital, IT, ecommerce, legal, compliance, and customer service teams to build, launch, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content that resonates with our target audience, supports our brand messaging, and drives organic search volume.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and retention strategies
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, email marketing software, CRM systems)
Preferred
5+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of driving revenue and customer engagement in a fast-paced environment
