Responsibilities
Form new partnerships with schools and districts across the state of Texas by networking with G/T Coordinators, Teachers, Principals, Superintendents, and more to cultivate referrals for National Math Stars applicants.
Maintain and build upon existing partnerships with schools and districts across the state.
Research, register for, attend, present, and exhibit at conferences and conventions focused on STEM and G/T student populations.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to increase awareness and interest in our program.
Develop and run social media campaigns to boost awareness and interest in our program.
Innovate and test new strategies to reach traditionally underrepresented families and communities.
Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries about the program and guiding them through the application process.
Engage directly with family and community groups to increase awareness of National Math Stars.
Ensure all applicants from your region have completed the necessary steps in our selection process.
Participate in the review, assessment, and selection of finalists and National Math Stars.
Collaborate in refining admissions processes and criteria to more effectively engage and select our target families.

Required
At least 2 years of professional experience
2+ years experience in sales, account management, or partnerships at a K-12 focused organization
2+ years of experience working directly in the Texas K-12 education system
Comprehensive knowledge of, and strong connections within, the Texas K-12 education system, particularly with district-level administrators
High level of autonomy and relentless drive to get things done
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excitement for our mission and goals
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and conferences
Valid driver’s license
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish written and speaking is a plus, but not required
