Responsibilities
Collaborate with functional teams to understand data structures in PeopleSoft and map them to Workday's data model.
Work closely with stakeholders to align data migration efforts with business goals and reporting needs.
Understanding of Workday's data model, security settings, and API capabilities
Implementing data pipelines using IICS to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Workday.
Develop and optimize API calls to interact with Workday.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake as a cloud data warehouse.
Knowledge of SQL and scripting for data manipulation and transformation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Required
Experience in PeopleSoft-to-Workday integration
Experience working in a data warehouse environment
Experience pulling data from PeopleSoft and moving it into Workday
Ability to create a mapping document of PeopleSoft tables
Understanding of Workday's data model, security settings, and API capabilities
Implementing data pipelines using IICS to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Workday
Hands-on experience with Snowflake as a cloud data warehouse
Knowledge of SQL and scripting for data manipulation and transformation
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Experience with ETL tools, specifically IICS and Informatica
Experience with Snowflake
Experience with PeopleSoft conversion
